Group Support for the family who wants to get better sleep, and also have the support of a certified sleep consultant + families who are in the same place you are, with similar struggles. This group will run February 16-March 1, 2024

  • A 55 page plan that walks you through how to set the stage for sleep, adjust wake time, implement a sleep training method(6 to choose from), how to mix and match methods, and how to address sleep hiccups

  • I’ll do a video to fully go over the plan and the methods, and support you in choosing a method for your family while answering questions you have
